This is a key technical role for Darktrace, working closely with our Strategic clients, account managers and other technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of the Darktrace System. This individual must have strong project management skills to navigate complex architectures with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the technical authority on the design and implementation of the Darktrace solution
- Acting as the client's trusted advisor regarding Darktrace on the network for post-sale deployments.
- Helping the client from initial technical contact through successful deployment
- Providing expertise and troubleshooting relating to network traffic
- Acting as a technical touch point between a client's network team, partners, and the cyber technologist
- Providing feedback and reporting to account managers on deployments
- Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures
- Have good project management skills, as this role requires organising multiple teams to get the solution implemented
- Have good time management skills, as there are deadlines to be met for each implementation
Requirements:
Looking for a highly skilled engineer with vast knowledge of complex architectures, experience working with Fortune 100 companies, and a self-starter willing to take on complex problems.
For this role you need to be tenacious, driven and have the following skill set:
- Experience as a network engineer or solutions architect working in multiple environments: cloud, email, on-prem, SaaS
- Understanding of following functions: custom integrations, complex network architectures, cloud design, Firewalls, VLANs, OSI Model.
- Advanced network troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with customer-facing activities (pre/post-sales) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in technical project management
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients onsite
