Sales Operations Analyst (12-Month Contract)
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our Strategic Planning & Operations team. The individual will be responsible for managing pricing and contract processes, ensuring operational excellence. This role requires driving process improvements, data management, and providing key insights to leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize pricing, quoting, and contract processes:Support end-to-end data quality management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
Prioritize business needs and manage competing requests.
Oversee database updates and ensure data integrity.
- Drive operational improvements:Design and implement current and future business processes to improve efficiency.
Analyze and consolidate information to create practical business solutions.
- Stakeholder and change management:Collaborate with technical teams to deliver business solutions.
Work with stakeholders to ensure optimized user experiences and process efficiencies.
- Insights and reporting:Derive and communicate insights from large data sets, presenting findings to various audiences.
Utilize dashboards to develop actionable insights for internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in business operations, sales operations, or analytics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience implementing business solutions.
- Experience managing projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in using productivity tools like Microsoft or Google Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pricing, quoting, or contract management software.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and workflows.
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
- Experience working across different regions, especially in remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like business, economics, or a technical discipline.
