Job Title: Operations Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract


Job Description:

BUTLER™ Housekeeping is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be the driving force behind the operational efficiency of our services, ensuring a smooth flow of recruitment, onboarding, and service delivery. You will be collaborating with department managers across housekeeping, concierge, customer service, and HR to ensure service excellence and seamless operations. This position requires someone who excels in scheduling, manpower management, and operational strategy, and who can serve as the face of the company in client interactions.


With a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or a related field, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of BUTLER™ Housekeeping, ensuring our standards of excellence are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Work closely with HR to manage the recruitment process, from interviewing screened candidates to onboarding and providing training and certification to new hires.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager and other operational managers to ensure the seamless execution of services, from scheduling to service delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the face of the company when engaging with clients onsite, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Field Support: In the event of manpower shortages, you will be expected to step in and provide field support, including housekeeping, office cleaning, deep cleaning, disinfection services, upholstery cleaning, and move-out cleaning.
  • Scheduling & Resource Management: Oversee the scheduling of manpower, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet service demands and maintain operational excellence.
  • Training & Development: Ensure that all team members are well-trained and certified, maintaining BUTLER’s commitment to high-quality service and operational standards.
  • Service Excellence: Work alongside the Concierge and Customer Service teams to address client needs, manage expectations, and ensure service consistency.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze operational performance, develop strategies for continuous improvement, and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling and resource allocation for a mobile workforce, ideally within a home services or cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and staff.
  • High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexibly when required.
