Job Description:
As a Senior Beauty/Wellness Therapist cum Consultant, you will provide professional beauty and wellness therapies, including facial, bust, and slimming treatments, following the company’s established treatment processes, procedures and standards. You will be expected to meet mutually agreed-upon personal sales targets. Tailored on-the-job training will be provided.
Desired Qualities & Capabilities:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Senior Beauty and Wellness Service Consultant role.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve or exceed personal sales targets.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional professional services to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional in approach.
- Commitment to continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.
- A proactive learner who engages in ongoing professional development.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to lead by example.
- A team player who fosters harmony and cooperation within the team.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
