Your new role
- Reporting to the Singapore-based VP in charge of Collaboration and Messaging Services, this role includes detailed planning and execution of new product deployments, version upgrades, security enhancements and the decommission of obsolete components.
- Support infrastructure components of Microsoft Exchange email (on-premises and online/cloud-based), MobileIron, RightFax, Microsoft Teams, Veritas Enterprise Vault archiving, Proofpoint SMTP Infra, and more
- Able to handle migration projects and troubleshoot enterprise level email serversDesign and manage enterprise-scale migrations for platform upgrades or changes, e.g., on-premises to cloud-based mailboxes
- Support and troubleshoot MS Teams, Webex, Office365 and Exchange Online
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5+ years with Exchange 2016, in large scale enterprise organisation
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory concepts, Exchange and SMTP mail routing, enterprise mobile device management frameworks, Microsoft Teams
- Have technical experience Microsoft Exchange, MS Teams, Webex, Office 365
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - Exchange Server
- Familiar with enterprise infrastructure technologies such as SAN
- storage, LAN/MAN/WAN networks, DNS, Windows Server, Linux Server
- Proven experience in change and incident management process
