Job purpose:
- Coordinate the retail sales business for bulk and packaged products
- Perform the system posting of delivery notes for retail bulk and packaged products
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates collection schedules for retail sales customers
o Schedules retail sales customers (bulk and PGP) to arrive for physical collection
o Communicate collection schedules to customer and adjust to constraints if possible
- Facilitate the administration process of retail collect customers.
o Prepares commercial invoice and packing list for regional retail sales customers
o Prepares delivery notes for retail sales customers
- Perform post delivery or collection administration.
o Confirm deliveries in SAP / GOLD
o Confirms delivery notes for retail sales in SAP
o Submit additional sales service charges to Customer Service.
- Update the product versus demand forecast and product allocations for bulk retail / collect.
- Input the daily inventory, production and demand from iHistorian report.
- Other duties that would be assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirement & other details:
- ITE / Diploma with 3-5 years of order fulfilment experience in manufacturing or oil/gas industry
- Hands-on experience in SAP or ERP systems
- Willing to work in Jurong Island (100% onsite)
- Willing to accept a 1-year contract role with possibilities of renewal or conversion to permanent
- The company transport picks up at lakeside MRT, morning 7.45am & 7.55am, evening 5.35pm & 5.45pm
