About the Role:
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will align our programs with business strategy, ensuring competitiveness and equity. You’ll implement global tools, provide training and consultation to HR teams, and design compensation programs from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Compensation and Benefits policies and processes based on business needs and HR strategy.
- Collaborate with the VP HR to implement and monitor these initiatives.
- Support local HR teams and managers on related tools and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform our strategies.
- Contribute to the Group Compensation & Benefits team.
What You Know:
- Several years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international context, particularly in the APAC region.
- Fluent in English, with a university degree in HR or Finance preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience is a plus.
