- Supporting commercial managers to offer excellent services to customers, including product costing and quotation to customers
- Verifying all customers’ purchase order before forwarding to customer service for execution
- Manage projects development by being the interface with customers & coordinate action plans with the internal departments
- Monitor contract realization and forecast accuracy per customer, link with the internal supply chain team and address deviations
- Build customized dashboards and analyze relevant data
