• Provide day-to-day support for Lotus Notes applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Lotus Formula, Lotus Script, and Java within the applications.
• Perform front-end and back-end coding tasks to enhance existing applications and develop new features.
• Utilize REST APIs for integration with other systems and services.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Develop test cases and perform testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
• Analyse reports and provide insights to improve application performance.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Lotus Notes application support.
• Proficient in Lotus Formula, Lotus Script, Java, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with VB.NET and coding best practices.
