Job Description
- Handle reception of visitors and phone call transfers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency
- Work permit applications, course registration and maintenance of work permit data entry
- Support team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as an assistant clerk in construction industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
