Senior sales & admin coordinator
Job Scope
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
- Coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up on order statuses and delivery schedules
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
- Maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
- Handle incoming emails, calls and business queries
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to plan and manage logistics
- Able to generate Tax Invoice, Credit Note, do Inventory Control, Generate report for Account Receivable and update customer record.
Be able to generate PO, DO, customer invoice, Sales Inventory Report.
Liaise with Forwarder to arrange delivery and generate invoices to overseas customers.
Liaise with customers for outstanding PO, parts delivery arrangement.
Requirement
- Excellent time management of sales admin & supply chain task
- Strong communication in English and Mandarin
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in fast pace and stressful environment
- At least 5 years of coordination experience
- Can work together with different department
- Degree or diploma in relevant field
