Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.

- Close sales by building rapport with customers, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections.
- Continuous learning of the company’s offered products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
- Analyze competitors’ products and strategies to identify areas for differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business/plant needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Open for fresh graduates with interest in a sales role and willingness to learn.
- Prior work experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role is a plus.
- Positive attitude and likeable personality.
- Goal driven and result-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS office and basic knowledge on Autocad is required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them to a non-technical audience.
