Edith Patisserie is one of the leading bakeries in Singapore with a specialisation in unique buttercream cakes and bakes. We are expanding our team and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a difference by delivering the best-looking and best-tasting cakes to our customers.
Job Scope:
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Ensure all baked goods meet the bakery's quality standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Decorate cakes and other confections using fondant.
- Create and hand-sculpt fondant elements such as flowers, figurines, and other cake decorations.
- Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines, especially for custom orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in developing new recipes and decoration ideas in line with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak times and special events.
- Keep inventory of ingredients and decorations, and report when supplies need to be replenished.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in cake frosting
- Possess a Diploma in Pastry & Baking
- Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification

Salary: $2,500 per month
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm
Friday-Saturday: 8am-5pm
Sunday: OFF
