- Deliver an efficient and reliable IT experience for all related matters which include desktops, notebooks, servers, network and application systems

- Perform system and network administration in line with corporate change management processes
- Assist with the planning and migration of services and endpoint tech refreshes
- Supporting the IT setup and support during corporate events
- Any other duties that may be assigned from the reporting manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Studies or Information Technology
- Min 1 year in IT environment
- Experience with troubleshooting of Windows, Network and Point-of-Sales system
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Desktop and Laptop hardware and operating system
- Knowledge of handling a helpdesk operations
- Knowledge of Office 365 would be advantageous
- Training will be provided
- Candidates with server and network experiences would be considered for a senior role
