We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven financial management experience, and a deep understanding of financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role is critical in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring the organization’s financial health. You will oversee all financial activities, provide sound business insights, and contribute to long-term business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and best practices.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and regularly track performance against budget.
- Lead and manage financial audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance for the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial efficiency.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation, and integration processes as needed.
- Train and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance role.
- In-depth understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multinational or fast-growing companies.
- Familiarity with M&A processes, corporate financing, and international tax strategies.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP reporting standards.
