About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Ads Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive growth and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital ad strategies, data analytics, and campaign management, with a proven track record of delivering results. Experience with Chinese media platforms is considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to ensure ads are effectively reaching the intended demographic.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate resources across multiple platforms to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and ad platform updates to implement best practices.
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience ( above 3 years) in managing digital ad campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency with ad management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for driving measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Chinese digital media platforms.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
