Job description:
- Coordinate and work closely with clients and our Sales and Project teams with regard to project execution and site installation, including site surveys, measurements and site visits to track installation and works progress;
- Assist the Project Manager with site supervision, contract documentation and other administrative matters;
- Coordination and compilation of project documentation/shop drawings/as-built drawings/photos, etc for submission to clients, their consultants and other authorities as required;
- Assist the Sales and Project teams with orders tracking, preparation and compilation of sales and marketing collaterals, tender documentation and other progress reports as may be required;
- Work with appointed sub-contractors and relevant regulatory authorities and ensure proper coordination of our project deliveries in accordance with agreed schedules and deadlines;
- Compilation and submission of applications to various authorities for licenses, permits etc;
- To assist in preparing/closing off project performance bonds, insurance and warranty matters; and
- Perform other tasks and assignments as may be delegated.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least upper secondary education and those with diploma or higher qualifications in business studies or any technical discipline will have an added advantage;
- Good competency with MS Office applications and working knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Preference will be given to those with knowledge of CRM systems;
- Preferably with interior background;
- At least 3 year(s) of related working experience; and
- A self-starter and a committed team player with an analytical mind and good interpersonal and organisational skills.
