One of our clients is looking for a candidate with the below given skills:
Responsible for Overall APH program delivery based on the agreed roadmap.
i.Define & Implement a Program & Project Framework for APH program (Project & SteerCo Structure, Communication & Reporting Structure, Requirements Approach, Implementation Approach, Deliverables, Metrics, KPIs, Stakeholder mgmt., etc.)
ii.Define and influence Standard Project Management Templates and Guide Project managers, Delivery Managers.
iii.Review the Plans / WBS and ensure inter-dependencies are clearly addressed and aligned to program objectives.
iv.Review and Track budget for the program
v.Support APH Program Controller for APH budget application
Project Delivery manager
Role
Main Driver for the project accountable for overall project objective delivery.
i.Manage APH Platform vendor progress, performance , deliverables quality
ii.Accountable for respective system development planning (resources, schedule, budget), and execution (design, development, unit/internal tests, vendor management) to deliver on schedule with quality.
iii.Responsible to ensure to obtain the status update from System Lead
