You don't need to have MICE experience to work with us. We're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.
- Support the e-commerce strategy, including web development to enhance to e-commerce site, content management, pricing management, sales materials and ensure best practice is maintained across the website.
- Managing and working with wider teams, partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion.
- Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
- Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of multiple tasks and stakeholders and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Confident, driven and dynamic, the candidate needs to work well as a team player, and to work independently when required.
