Carry out activities of the front-of-house work stations and serving counter area. Mise en place, cleans utensils & work areas and performs other day-to-day operations.
Each day brings its own unique experiences, you will:
- Clean/ sanitise work stations at the start and end of work shift
- Enter orders and process payments via the point of sale
- Restock bottled and canned beverages, as well as snack items when they are almost and empty
- Replenish and arrange F&B Items, packaging, cutlery to assigned shelves/ stations
- Monitor temperature of warmer cart cabinets & beverage chillers and report any maintenance and repairs
- Ensure that utensils and serving ware are cleaned/ sanitised and ready for use & serve food
- Assist with basic food preparation and packaging
- Plate small dishes such as snacks, appetizers and/or desserts
- Distribution of pre-ordered meals
- Greet, Smile and say Thank You in a quick and friendly manner
- Perform additional skill-development and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Canteen Manager
We are looking for people with:
- Previous experiences in Catering/Quick Service/Cafeteria settings, would assist in delivering exceptional & efficient services
- Understanding basic food allergens is essential for ensuring a safe dining experience
