- Responsible for human resource management of contract manpower
- Liaise with agencies to fulfil manpower placements in the Business Units in a timely manner
- Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners
- Oversee the administration of leave management, transfers and movements
- Conduct performance appraisal reviews, turnover and promotions
- Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
- Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the system
- Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination and exit clearance
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management
- Verify and process invoices for all contract services
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Studies or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Managed Services environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-motivated. proactive and independent
