Company Overview:
We are a leading multinational company seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and security operations across the Asia region. This pivotal role will be based in our Singapore office, covering Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia. Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will ensure strong IT governance and management in line with the company's internal policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and implementing improvements to IT infrastructure, security, and business solutions, covering networks, servers, firewalls, printers, computers, Wi-Fi, ERP software, and VoIP systems.
  • Managing network and system administration, including servers, databases, and cloud platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Participating in the development, revision, and implementation of IT policies, guidelines, and standards.
  • Conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensuring effective logging, monitoring, and response to security events and vulnerabilities; enforcing physical security measures.
  • Managing identities and access controls using systems like Active Directory/EntraID; implementing secure protocols and multi-factor authentication.
  • Reporting to management on the performance of IT infrastructure, including system outages, security issues, and vendor services.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and supporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Staying current with industry trends and technological advancements; driving continuous improvement and innovation in IT practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT administration and security management, including identity management, access control, and incident response.
  • At least 5 years of experience with desktop computers, laptops, servers, and networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls), and identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory). Working experience with Cisco and Cisco-Meraki firewalls is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including servers, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2022) setup, management, maintenance, backup, FTP, etc.). Working experience with Linux operating systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and other database systems
  • Proven experience in IT security management, including conducting security audits and vulnerability assessments, and patch management
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Familiarity with local data protection regulations.
  • Strong ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance.
  • Certification in relevant IT and security domains is a plus.
  • Ability to start immediately or with a short notice period.
