Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy to build network of volunteers to support population health work.
- Lead in building a network of volunteers with community partners to support health promotion activities.
- Lead a team to recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities.
- Develop training material and conduct training for volunteers.
- Develop and implement new programmes for volunteers to support health promotion and community care.
- Any other duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of volunteer management experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills.
- Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in strategic planning and/ or programme development would be advantageous.
