Summary of Job Responsibilities
As a Minibar Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for the handling and receiving of all inventories. You will also be responsible to ensure that all minibar carts are fully stocked for daily operations and work cohesively to support operations with ad-hoc service requests.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the handling and receiving of all inventories from loading dock to main store
- Responsible for ensuring that all minibar trolleys are fully stocked prior to operations.
- Responsible for the recording of expiry dates for all inventories received
- Collating of all expired items from the towers
- Responsible for the ad-hoc service request from operational team / Minibar controller.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certification
- Minimum education with ‘O’ Level passes
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact / food and beverage/ logistics role preferably in a hospitality organization
Competencies
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
