As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire the best talent across various functions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, drive the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and a deep understanding of the local job market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, providing guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
· Candidate Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
· Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.
· Data-Driven Insights: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
· Employer Branding: Champion the company’s employer brand, promoting its culture and values through various recruitment channels and initiatives.
· Training and Development: Mentor junior recruiters and provide training on best practices in talent acquisition and candidate engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore job market and local employment laws.
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and using ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
