Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager / Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of audit / accounts experience in a Singapore audit firm, with a strong background in consolidation and the ability to handle audit work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute audit engagements for our clients in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Plan, coordinate, and manage audit timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of engagements.
- Conduct risk assessment, identify control weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement to clients.
- Review and analyze financial statements, including consolidation and group reporting, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
Other requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in consolidation and group accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident, EP holders only.
