Responsibilities
- Craft and execute business strategies to achieve specific, measurable short-term and long-term objectives.
- Guide management and regional teams to ensure their goals align with overall company aims.
- Work collaboratively with executives, including C-level leaders, directors, and functional VPs, to manage operations, sales, and business activities.
- Ensure activities deliver expected results while aligning with the organization’s mission and culture.
- Make strategic investment choices to enhance business performance and increase profitability.
- Analyze and manage risks, ensuring they are effectively monitored and reduced.
- Review both financial and non-financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and nurture trust with key partners and stakeholders, acting as the main contact for significant shareholders.
- Assess challenges and incidents to develop solutions that foster growth and sustainability.
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscapes, expansion opportunities, and industry trends.
- Uphold and promote the company’s brand identity both internally and externally.
- Conduct evaluations of business processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise enterprise sales and cultivate business networks, with a focus on B2B and corporate accounts.
Requirements
- Established experience as a CEO or in another C-level role required.
- Experience in a Real Estate business is required, preferable experience with SME’s.
- This role is open to either a Singapore or Hong Kong location.
- Track record of successfully creating and implementing profitable strategies.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and performance management.
- Familiarity with a range of business functions, including sales, operations, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Preference for hands-on management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance and best practices in management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Knowledge of technology and IT, with experience in systems and business processes being an additional advantage.
