Location: Changi Business Park – With Pick up in Tanah Merah (Morning & Evening)
Duration: 4-5 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all distribution activities are completed in accordance with approved documentation.
- Process Drug Order Forms, ensuring accurate entry of details such as batch allocation, quantity, and medication numbered packs into COSMOS.
- Allocate batches for opened and randomized protocols, identifying patient packs required for each Drug Order Form.
- Prepare all relevant paperwork required for each dispatch, adhering to distribution procedures, carrier requirements, and customs regulations.
- Arrange shipping of ancillary orders, including raising airway bills and generating shipping paperwork.
- Generate pro-forma and commercial invoices, Dangerous Goods declarations, e-Cert documents, and other country-specific declarations.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, and carriers regarding invoice approvals, queries, and amendments.
- Perform and maintain computer transactions in line with distribution and material control systems.
- Handle administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and archiving of Operations documentation.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using distribution and material control systems.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and carriers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
