JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics operations of the organization. This role involves coordinating and optimizing the supply chain process, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all incoming & outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Ensure all movements of materials are updated in system.
• Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse / internal department to understand their requirements and priorities.
• Perform transactions in SAP system timely and accurately.
• Maintain and archive all incoming / outgoing documents.
• Accountable for inventory accuracy.
• Update NEA reports.
• Purchase of in-direct material.
• Generate Weekly/Monthly stock count sheet.
• Update monthly discrepancy report.
• Liaison with freight forwarder / transporters / hauliers
• Release outgoing shipment to forwarder.
• Arrange local delivery.
• Generate manual delivery note.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and tidiness housekeeping of the department.
• Perform transactions & documentation for RMA.
• Perform and create transaction Production Orders in the system.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
• Perform any other duty as assigned by Logistics Manager
• Secondary Roles:
• Revise & review incoming / outgoing process
• Initiate continuous improvement of warehouse operation.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• 1 years of working experience or more in logistics industry required

JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES
• Experience in SAP B1 would be an advantage.
• General knowledge on logistics & route planning
• Good leadership and decision-making skills
•Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
