Responsibilities:
- Provide full EA support to Executive Directors
- Manage calendars, schedules, and track commitments
- Ensure timely updates and meet deadlines
- Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels)
- Maintain and archive records and correspondences
- Transcribe and maintain confidential records
- Manage documentation, reports, presentations, and contact lists
- Serve as primary contact for internal/external communication
- Screen and route emails and calls; ensure accurate communication
- Process and track expenses and financial information
- Organize appointments, bookings, and reservations
- Assist with personal logistics and matters
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Min. 5 years of related work experience preferred
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm
- Work Location: Clarke Quay
- Salary: up to $5500
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
