Job Description & Requirements
1) Attend all job descriptions requirements for the position of Marine Cargo Supervisor ;
2) Minimum 15 years’ experience operating with Oil and Gas industry;
3) Minimum 05 years’ experience working offshore as Marine Cargo Supervisor ;
4) Execute all cargo operations on the installation in a safe and efficient manner, as per the Marine Superintendent instructions;
5) Ensure that all marine related operations are executed within the parameters established by regulatory authorities, MODEC’s HSEQ-MS Policies and Procedures and Marine Operations Manual, IMO, ISM Code, Marpol, SOLAS, Country Labor requirement;
6) Ensure that all lifting equipment records and certification are kept up to date;
7) Ensure that all Marine personnel and personnel involved in operations under the control of the Marine Superintendent understand all requirements and guidelines by the Superintendent. Carry out their work in a safe and responsible manner. Adhere to requirements and provisions of the MODEC management systems;
8) Must have availability to go to China to visit the shipyard;
9) Experience with Offshore is preferred;
10) Experience with FPSO is preferred;
11) Required availability to move to Brazil and work offshore for the FPSO operation;
12) Immediate availability preferred;
13) Knowledge on Brazilian legislation applicable to FPSO operation is required;
14) Availability to move to Brazil.
