Working hours: Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Proven experience in carriers and container industry

Job Responsibilities

Marine Operations Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Marine Ops Team (MARSIN) to achieve berthing excellence for company's services and vessels.
2. Coordinate with HKG MOC on berthing priority for incoming vessels.
3. Handle exceptions and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
4. Engage in discussions with strategic vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals).
5. Evaluate marine ops vendors’ performance.
6. Continuously review Ops cost and address unfavorable trends.

EQM Operations Responsibilities:

1. Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) in managing depot and EQM inventory.
2. Ensure sufficient EQM to support business.
3. Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
4. Coordinate with EMC to meet EQM ops KPI targets.
5. Evaluate depot vendors’ performance.
6. Review EQM stock allocation based on depot performance.
