We are seeking a Social Work Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the various aspects of our Social Work operations and managing the Social Work team. The role involves:
- Overseeing and managing our social work services, including casework management counseling, home visits, and interview assessments.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that cater to our beneficiaries’ needs.
- Engaging and collaborating with external stakeholders and partners.
- Working with other department heads and teams to ensure delivery of our programs / services to our beneficiaries.
- Reviewing and revising work processes with Social Work team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of our programs / services.
- Providing supervision, guidance and coaching to the Social Work team.
- Maintaining statistics for reporting, funding, or audit purposes.
- Other duties as required by the CEO.
Requirements
- Recognised Degree / Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work or Counselling.
- Professionals that are accredited as a social worker / social service practitioner with SASW are preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has experience overseeing social work operations and leading a team.
