Main Role & Responsibility
· Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects
· issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with contractors
and suppliers
· Monitor and keep track of deliveries from contractors and suppliers
· To assist and contribute to execute the works relating to the project coordination between each
department and classification, working out and monitor project schedule and planning.
· Arrange project punch list follow-up
· Handle project support enquires
· Other office work
Requirements:
· Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and desktop productivity tools
· Good customer service skills
· Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively
communicate with all levels.
· Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams &
customers
· Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to
team participation.
Working Duration
Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm, flexible to choose 3 or 4 days work per week, Between Monday – Friday
Salary Range
SGD900 to SGD1550 (SGD9 to SGD12 per hr)
