Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Senior English teachers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the education field. Familiarity with the British and American curriculum is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should possess qualities such as perseverance, dedication, and flexibility.

Responsibilities:
- Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to individual student needs.
- Engage and motivate students through interactive and dynamic teaching methods.
- Demonstrate proactive behavior and show initiative in the classroom.
- Maintain punctuality and excellent time management skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Develop lesson plans and customize them based on students' requirements.
- Provide written feedback on student progress.
- Create and enhance curriculum materials.
- Identify and address learning obstacles.
- Supervise students during peak hours.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Master's or Ph.D. degree in a Linguistics-related field is an advantage.
- Understanding of the concept of tuition centers as an education and service-oriented industry, prioritizing individual student needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and daytime during peak periods.
Work Schedule:
- Five or six working days per week, based on candidate availability.
- Operation hours: 09:00 to 20:00
