REQUIREMENTS:
Min 3 year experience in headwear manufacturing
Able to follow instructions
Able to work independently
Able to draft and cut fabrics required for cap or hat
Able to follow drawings / specifications required
Responsible and takes pride in work done
Ability to use sewing machine or sewing is a requirement
Able to perform OT when required
Immediately available is preferred
