Job Description
- Prepare, manage, and facilitate design drawings utilizing BIM and CAD technologies.
- Ensure all models are compatible and that BIM data is accessible to all project participants.
- Oversee coordination between architectural and structural interfaces, collaborating with main contractors and other trades for effective cross-team support.
- Work closely with the design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings meet design specifications.
- Manage design changes and revisions, addressing any discrepancies and queries between design and project teams.
- Attend site meetings as required and perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in construction and architectural projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of DGN, DWF, IFC, and MicroStation is a plus.
- Strong project management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
