Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project planning, monitor progress, safety, meeting project time lines and project budget.
- Overall supervision of site team, sub-contract works, evaluate sub-contract documents and specifications.
- Co-ordinate all matters relating to design requirements, modifications, etc.
- Handle technical issues.
- Liaise with clients and consultants.
- Manpower and resource planning.
- Production of Monthly Construction Schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board or Degree in Architectural recognized by SIA.
- Diploma holders with extensive experience in managing construction projects can also be considered.
- Min 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
- Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability in dealing with consultants and project client.
