THE ROLE
Your main responsibilities are to:
1. Coordinate, execute and improve processes in our coaching and assessment business. This includes:
- End to end management of coaching programs with clients including scheduling
- Crafting and sending communications to clients, associates and other stakeholders
- Managing accounts for clients by providing proposals and managing contracts
- Monitoring and tracking programme progress, writing reports as needed
- Collecting, analysing and summarising information to update clients on services and integrate into marketing material
- Executing invoicing process
2. Proactively manage associate enablement processes
- Identify potential associates to fit clients needs
- Manage associate empanelment and renewals process
- Act as associate champion, facilitating 2-way communication
3. Manage monthly management information dashboard reporting
4. Provide project support in areas of leadership development, assessment or other areas. This includes:
- Designing, creating and administering surveys
- Set up face to face and virtual events or client workshops
- Design and manage project plans to ensure on time, high quality delivery
5. Play key role in improving client service processes. In particular:
- Identify and implement opportunities to better use technology
- Design new processes for new or enhanced services
DESIRED BACKGROUND
• Minimum of a Polytechnic Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 1-3 years of related working experience
- Ideally this will include work in customer facing role
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement and project coordination
• Strong software skills (advanced Excel; Powerpoint, Word, etc)
• Works quickly with high standards – whilst accurately managing complex details
• Proactive, energetic and self-motivated
• Excellent problem-solving skills and solution orientation
• Fluency in English is essential to communicate with international clients
