Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.
- To have thorough knowledge of the use of all operating equipment and cleaning process
- To be aware of the hotel hygiene and sanitation standards and procedures
- To be aware of the hotel fire and life safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Physically fit
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an International Class Hotel
- Basic safety, hygiene and sanitation knowledge
- Knowledge on use of cleaning program
