Assistant Chief Steward

Shangri-la Hotel Limited

Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.

  • To have thorough knowledge of the use of all operating equipment and cleaning process
  • To be aware of the hotel hygiene and sanitation standards and procedures
  • To be aware of the hotel fire and life safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Physically fit
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an International Class Hotel
  • Basic safety, hygiene and sanitation knowledge
  • Knowledge on use of cleaning program
