Job Summary:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. You will work closely with senior management to guide financial decisions, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads on cost management strategies.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for operational improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring the company maintains adequate liquidity.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the finance team, promoting professional development.
- Collaborate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing or distribution sectors or auditing firm.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Experience with financial management software and ERP systems( Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics NAV)
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
