We are looking for a IT Manager to join our team!


As a IT Manager, we rely on you to assist the Director Information Technology to oversee the smooth functioning of the IT Department. Coordinates and establishes hardware maintenance programs and procedures in case of system interruptions. Ensures security of data storage and protection and training of user on equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Network Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to hotel staff and guests, resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects to improve operations and enhance guest experiences.
  • Budgeting: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and expenditures.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
