Project Governance
- Oversee the delivery of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to pre-established plans, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor projects to ensure compliance with SDLC and relevant policies related to project delivery.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project statuses, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
Budget Management
- Develop and maintain templates for program and project budget tracking and reporting.
- Keep accurate records of investment and expense utilization.
- Periodically review project budget spending and analyze variances between planned and actual expenditures.
- Collaborate with project managers to track and review progress on plan acquisition and payment milestones.
Resource Management
- Partner with Program and Project Managers to perform resource planning and acquisition.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of resources and vendors.
- Centralize and maintain resource allocation records to optimize resource utilization across programs and projects.
Process & Tools
- Develop and refine processes, procedures, and templates to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and guide project managers and team members on project management processes and tools.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to streamline processes and enhance project delivery capabilities.
