Project Governance

  • Oversee the delivery of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to pre-established plans, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor projects to ensure compliance with SDLC and relevant policies related to project delivery.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project statuses, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.

Budget Management

  • Develop and maintain templates for program and project budget tracking and reporting.
  • Keep accurate records of investment and expense utilization.
  • Periodically review project budget spending and analyze variances between planned and actual expenditures.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track and review progress on plan acquisition and payment milestones.

Resource Management

  • Partner with Program and Project Managers to perform resource planning and acquisition.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of resources and vendors.
  • Centralize and maintain resource allocation records to optimize resource utilization across programs and projects.

Process & Tools

  • Develop and refine processes, procedures, and templates to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and guide project managers and team members on project management processes and tools.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to streamline processes and enhance project delivery capabilities.
