- Assist in planning, budgeting, implementation and reviewing of Annual Action Plan for Quranic Learning department as a whole
- Assist in the administration of programs and support to prepare reports for the Board on progress of Quranic Learning department programs and activities
- Admin support for Quranic Learning Unit
- Participant's registration: collate online & hardcopy registrations, prepare students attendance sheet, update registration on Qirom system
- Contact participants for confirmation of registration, class reminders, postponement, arrears, feedbacks, updates and others
- Prepare, print and collate feedback forms on excel sheet
- Collate participant's data: to assist and generate yearly report analysis
- Ensure availability of program's venue / slot (eg: auditorium / training room)
- Ordering of Tilawati books annually and etc
- Ad-hoc job assigned from time to time
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administrations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Dress appropriately for Mosque environment
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task
- Individual with determination, excellence interpersonal skills, perseverance and a passion for challenges
- Able to work during weeknights, weekend and Public Holidays when required especially certain mosque events
