Administrative Officer

Masjid Al-mukminin

  1. Assist in planning, budgeting, implementation and reviewing of Annual Action Plan for Quranic Learning department as a whole
  2. Assist in the administration of programs and support to prepare reports for the Board on progress of Quranic Learning department programs and activities
  3. Admin support for Quranic Learning Unit
  4. Participant's registration: collate online & hardcopy registrations, prepare students attendance sheet, update registration on Qirom system
  5. Contact participants for confirmation of registration, class reminders, postponement, arrears, feedbacks, updates and others
  6. Prepare, print and collate feedback forms on excel sheet
  7. Collate participant's data: to assist and generate yearly report analysis
  8. Ensure availability of program's venue / slot (eg: auditorium / training room)
  9. Ordering of Tilawati books annually and etc
  10. Ad-hoc job assigned from time to time


Requirements

  1. NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administrations
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Dress appropriately for Mosque environment
  4. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  5. Able to multi-task
  6. Individual with determination, excellence interpersonal skills, perseverance and a passion for challenges
  7. Able to work during weeknights, weekend and Public Holidays when required especially certain mosque events
