Job Description & Requirements
1) Attend all job descriptions requirements for the position of Storekeeper;
2) Minimum 13 years’ experience operating with Oil and Gas industry;
3) Minimum 11 years’ experience working offshore as Storekeeper;
4) Organize and coordinate all materials with quality and effectively. Manage the quality of the material at the entrance and exit of the Warehouse and organize them in the store;
5) Keep Record of Manifests of the total cargo hoisted on board, or dropped in the unit. Strictly manage the minimum and maximum levels of all spare parts and materials to maintain effective control and high standards of quality, prepare IHRs as required;
6) Strictly maintain the AMOS system to reflect accurately the levels of stock and descriptions follow up of all Purchase Orders that have been issued and not delivered within the specified time frames;
7) Examine the manifests of spare parts coming on board and update the records of MROB and AMOS to reflect exactly what was received. Compare all material received with the descriptions and specifications of the P / O before accepting them;
8) Must have availability to go to China to visit the shipyard;
9) Experience with Offshore is preferred;
10) Experience with FPSO is preferred;
11) Required availability to move to Brazil and work offshore for the FPSO operation;
12) Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers are preferred;
13) Immediate availability preferred;
14) Knowledge on Brazilian legislation applicable to FPSO operation is required;
15) Availability to move to Brazil.
