We are a well-established F&B company that is expanding our team. We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR specialist to assist in recruiting both local and foreign staff to support our restaurant operations. Join us in shaping the future of our workforce!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Screening (Main responsibilities): Handle end-to-end recruitment process for both local and foreign candidates, including part-timers (service crew, kitchen assistants, dishwashers) and full-time employees (kitchen crew, sushi chefs).Screen and interview potential candidates, ensuring they meet our qualifications and cultural fit.
- Local and Foreign Worker Recruitment: Manage recruitment for local part-time staff.Handle the hiring process for foreign workers.
- HR System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of a new HR cloud management system for payroll processing, staff management, and employee records.
- Payroll Processing Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll details for all employees.Work with the HR cloud management system to track working hours, leaves, and payments.
- Communication: Collaborate with the management team to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English to liaise with diverse candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR recruitment, especially in the F&B sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required to communicate effectively with the team and potential candidates.
- Experience with HR cloud management systems or a willingness to learn.
Additional Information:
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
- Initial contract duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extending to a long term partnerhip based on performance and business needs.
- 100% work from home; must have own computer with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salary: $800 (before deduction of CPF)
