Job Description:We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of executing plans, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth execution across various functions within the company. The role requires a strategic thinker with a bias for action, excellent organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in real-time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in company processes.
  • Manage, plan, and oversee operations, ensuring projects and day-to-day activities run smoothly.
  • Execute on business development plans, operational goals, and growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and improve business outcomes.
  • Drive execution of venture building and consultancy projects, ensuring delivery timelines and objectives are met.
  • Track project progress and identify potential issues, resolving them proactively.
  • Ensure a high standard of operational excellence by developing and refining processes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute positively to team culture, ensuring collaboration and motivation across departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing operations and executing strategies in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and execute on operational goals.
  • Able to work independently and in dynamic, uncertain environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Experience with improving and developing work processes, using software and productivity tools to increase efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with open and collaborative thinking.
