The Seller Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the operational needs of sellers on the e-commerce platform. This role involves working closely with the sellers to ensure smooth onboarding, optimal performance, and compliance with platform policies. You will act as a key point of contact, helping sellers navigate platform features, manage their accounts, and optimize their performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new sellers through the registration and onboarding process, ensuring that they meet all platform requirements and are set up for success.
- Provide day-to-day support to sellers, addressing inquiries related to account settings, product listings, order management, and payments.
- Assist sellers in optimizing their store operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between sellers and internal teams, resolving issues related to payments, product listings, disputes, or technical problems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as customer service, logistics, and marketing, to improve the seller experience and drive business growth.
- Gather feedback from sellers to identify challenges or areas for improvement in platform operations, relaying these insights to relevant teams for action.
- Prepare regular reports on seller activity, performance trends, and key operational metrics to help guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in seller operations, account management, or customer service in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle multiple accounts and manage day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers.
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, data analysis tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable recommendations to improve seller outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
