Our client is a global leader in the food industry and is seeking a logistics administrator to support their operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse coordination, including purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), and invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders regarding PO delivery and container truck schedules.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily warehouse operation reports.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the food or third-party logistics (3PL) industry are preferred.
