Job Description:
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly entered into the system on a timely manner.
- Assist to check on room availability.
- Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations.
- Prepare invoices and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Help to maximise room sales by up-selling.
- Manage group reservation and rooming list.
- Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Manager
Job requirements:
- Attained minimum NITEC or higher qualification.
- Preferably have working experiences in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of using Opera Cloud PMS will be an added advantage.
